Ingredients

  • Scrubbed russet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher or sea salt

Instructions

  1. Drizzle potatoes with oil and rub to coat
  2. Sprinkle salt all over the potatoes
  3. Place in the slow cooker
  4. Cover and cook for 4-5 hours on high or 6-8 on low
  5. Use as desired
