Slow Cooker Kalua Pork
boneless Boston Butt roast
coarse sea salt
Place pork roast in a 4-6 quart slow cooker.
Pour liquid smoke over roast.
Sprinkle with salt.
Cover and cook on low for about eight hours or until tender.
Divide shredded or chopped roast into meal sized portions. Place in freezer bags. Label and freeze, When ready to use thaw in refrigerator over night and heat until hot. Use as desired.
