Vanilla Wafer Cookie Crumb Pie Crust

For the crust

  • 55 vanilla wafers crushed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 Tablespoons butter melted

For the edge

  • 20 whole vanilla wafers


  1. Crush the wafers using a food processor, blender or a zip-top bag and a rolling pin

  2. Place the crumbs in a 9 inch deep dish pie plate or tin

  3. Add the sugar and butter and mix well

  4. Press the buttered crumbs across the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish

  5. Press the whole wafers around the egg

For baked crust

  1. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool before using

No Bake Instructions

  1. Place in the refrigerator for an hour or until the crust is set
