Ingredients

  • Head of cabbage
  • oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove tough dark green outer leaves. Cut cabbage into eight wedges, removing core. On a large baking sheet drizzle the wedges with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in oven and cook for 30-45 minutes or until cabbage is tender and is browned on the edges.
