Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and sliced or shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup ready made buffalo sauce
  • 4-6 cups lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1 tomato , diced
  • 1 red onion , sliced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 batch blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken in the buffalo sauce.
  2. Divide the lettuce, tomato and onion among four plates or bowls.
  3. Sprinkle with the blue cheese, drizzle with the dressing and top with the chicken.
  4. Serve.
