Four Cheese Garlic Bread

  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded Romano Cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread}


  1. Stir the butter, cheeses, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley until well blended.
  2. Cut open the bread and spread butter on the cut surface.
  3. For fresh bread bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese has melted and started to brown around edges.
  4. Freezing Instructions:
  5. After you’ve spread the butter on the bread place the on a sheet pan in freezer and freeze for about thirty minutes or until butter has hardened. Wrap bread in foil.
  6. To bake from frozen place bread on cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread has warmed through.
  7. To freeze the butter for later use once the butter, cheeses, and seasonings are combined place in a freezer safe container or freezer bag. Let thaw in fridge overnight and proceed as directed above for fresh bread
