Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 large onion diced
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen whole kernel corn
  • 2 teaspoons [url ="http://goodcheapeats.com/2014/11/homemade-herbes-de-provence-recipe/"]herbes de Provence[/url]
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place a large skillet over moderate heat
  2. Melt the butter
  3. Add the onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  4. Add the corn and cook for 10 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally
  5. Sprinkle with the herbes de Provence and season with salt and pepper
  6. Stir and serve
