Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt


  1. Heat the cream and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until bubbles start to form around the edges.
  2. Pour in lemon juice and cook, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until the cheese is melted.
  4. Season with salt as needed
