Bacon Cheeseburger Ravioli

  • 1 pound beef filled ravioli. I find mine in the freezer section of the store
  • 4 slices bacon cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Whisk the milk and salt into the butter and flour a bit at a time.
  3. Bring to a bubble and cook for 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the cheese about 1/2 cup at a time until melted.
  5. Pour cheese sauce over cooked and drained ravioli, stirring well to coat. Sprinkle individual servings with bacon.
