See What’s On Our Table this week.
Some weeks the meal plan goes perfectly and others it’s more of a guide. Last week was definitely a guided week.
I had some ham that I thawed that I needed to use up so I made ham and white bean soup which wasn’t on last week’s menu and the turkey breast wasn’t quite thawed out so today is the first chance I’ve had to make that.
I normally don’t assign recipes to certain days of the week but there is a bunch going on this week so I’m hoping this will simplify dinner time.
What’s On Our Table for Dinner:
Saturday- Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, peanut butterscotch pie
Sunday- I try not to cook much on Sunday so we’ll have leftovers from tonight or leftover hamburger soup and sandwiches
Monday- Waffles and Bacon
Tuesday- Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls, mashed potatoes
Wednesday- Cheater French Dip Sandwiches, loaded waffle iron hash browns
Thursday- Enchilada Stuffed Shells and a vegetable
Friday- Pressure Cooker Hamburger Stroganoff and veggies
What’s On Our Table for Lunch:
We’re going to have quite a bit of leftover food this week thanks to the mini Thanksgiving dinner I’m cooking and the cabbage rolls and stuffed shells.
That means lunch will be mostly dinner leftovers with sandwiches to fill in.
What’s On Our Table for Breakfast:
- Fried eggs and toast
- Waffles
- Hard-cooked eggs and toast
- Slow Cooker Monkey Bread
