What’s On Our Table Week 20

Last week’s menu went mostly according to plan. I woke up feeling icky on Tuesday and knew that I wouldn’t feel like making a completely from scratch dinner so we had hot dogs instead. The planned recipe was moved to Thursday and I brought in a favorite, broccoli and cheese soup, for Wednesday.

Some weeks are like that which is why I try to keep at least one easy meal planned or have something that I know is going to make enough leftovers if needed.
