Weekend Linkage May 19

Fried rice is one of my favorite dishes to use up any bits in my fridge so they don’t go to waste. Only problem is not everyone in my house likes rice so this noodle based Pancit from Cooking with Libby would be the perfect solution.

Big Bear’s Wife originally shared her Cupcake Bouquet  for Mother’s Day but I think it would be perfect for almost any celebration. Wouldn’t this be sweet for a graduate done in school colors?

Can’t decided between Cinnamon Rolls and Doughnuts? Thanks to these Cinnamon Roll Doughnuts  from Hoosier Homemade you can have both.

I’m a huge fan of slow cooker meals but sometimes they can get a bit boring. African Pulled Beef Sandwiches from Eat at Home are far from bland slow cooker fare.

My dad loves coconut desserts so I think I’ll make him this Coconut Cream Poke Cake from the Country Cook for Father’s Day.

Portobello Salisbury Steak made by Amanda’s Cookin’ looks like a great twist to one of my favorite dishes.

Jessica from Life as Mom shares how she makes Grilled Pizza so you can still enjoy your homemade pizza even when it’s too hot to turn on the oven.

Have you found any good reads in the blogosphere?
