Pressure Cooker Country Style Ribs

Pressure Cooker Country Style Ribs are easy and delicious. I won’t make ribs any other way now.

Pressure Cooker Country Style Ribs

Country style ribs are on our dinner plates every couple of months or so. They are on sale frequently for around $1.50 per pound which isn’t terribly expensive when compared to other cuts of meat.

I usually make them in the slow cooker or sometimes make oven barbecued ribs.

This time I decided to try them in my Instant Pot. They turned out deliciously. I don’t think I will make them any other way.

Ever since making slow cooker sausage dogs I like using the combination of soda and brown sugar as a cooking liquid.

These were a big hit and I can hardly wait to make them again. The great thing about cooking things in a pressure cooker is they don’t take hours and hours.
