Polish Cabbage and Noodles

Polish Cabbage and Noodles is an easy and inexpensive meatless main dish or side dish.

Today is a very special day. It’s Secret Recipe Club Anniversary day!

Our last reveal day was in November of 2016 but Sarah from Fantastical Sharing of Recipes, who also hosts Fantastical Food Fight, wanted to host an anniversary reveal day.

My assignment for the special reveal was Wendy from A Day in the Life on the Farm.

I had so much fun looking at different recipes on her blog. Kid Friendly Crockpot Mac and Cheese would be a definite hit with the auntlings.

I decided to make Polish Cabbage and Noodles. When I saw the recipe I knew I had to try it because it contains some of my favorite foods.

I am trying to increase my stockpile of meatless recipes since I have a tendency to default to Mexican recipes or baked potatoes and salad. Polish Cabbage and Noodles make a fabulous meatless main or could even be used as a side dish.
