Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

Hot ham and cheese sandwiches are a great way to use up ham from the holidays.
Now this probably wins the prize for the easiest recipe I will ever post. I almost hate to use the word recipe but it technically is one. This is fast, easy, kid pleasing and can be made entirely of leftovers so it is economical.
