Ground Beef and Veggie Stir Fry

Ground Beef and Veggie Stir Fry is quick, easy, and fairly inexpensive. Ground beef and vegetables are stir fried in a slightly sweet sauce and served over hot cooked rice.
Ground Beef and Veggie Stir Fry features hamburger meat and vegetables in a sweet and savory sauce and served over hot cooked rice. This dish is easy and flavorful.

One evening while browsing on Pinterest I saw a pin for a Korean Beef recipe that used ground beef instead of the usual flank steak or London broil.

In rare fashion I made the recipe the very next day. It was good but I like veggies in my stir fries. (Mongolian Chicken is the exception to this) So, I decided the next time I made it to add a few veggies to it to make it more of a meal.

  1. We tried that recipe too … and I like the veggie too! LOL

Ground beef is so much cheaper than steak! I find it a bit easier for the kids to eat too, even they love steak. Our quality of steak at the commissary is not great. It’s always tough and chewy. I keep meaning to find a good butcher.

I love love stir fry! I cannot wait to try this one out.
