Frozen Lemonade Pie

This effortless frozen lemonade pie is totally no bake and mouthwatering. Simple enough even children can make it.

Frozen lemonade pie

It is time for the always fun themed Secret Recipe Club reveal days. This month I got Our Good Life. I actually know Terri through another blogging group. I think that everyone I have had on the themed days are part of that group.

I knew I wanted to do a dessert because that is pretty much what I am always asked to bring to any cookout or picnic.

Froze lemonade pie

My first thought was a caramel variation of Terri’s No Bake Banana Cream Pies in a Jar but I just posted Caramel Icebox Cake  so I kept looking and found a recipe for a lemon cream pie.

I absolutely love lemon desserts so I knew this is what I was going to make. This is a total no bake dessert. Even the homemade cookie crust doesn’t have to bake. I used lemon sandwich cookies to amp up the lemon flavor.

A fantastic thing about this frozen lemonade pie is you do not have to thaw it to serve. The pie does not get super hard in the freezer at all so remembering to take dessert out of the freezer will be one less thing to worry about.
