Friday Frenzy July 7

Hey, guys! I hope my Canadian and American readers had a fabulous Canada Day and Independence Day respectively.

We stayed at home binge watching Team Ninja Warrior and had chicken burrito bowls until it was time to go see fireworks. Our city puts on a lovely display that we would drive to even when we lived in an entirely different county.

Here is a short clip of the finale I posted on The Cookin’ Mimi Facebook page.

In other news I am this week’s main host for Friday Frenzy. Be sure to scroll down and check out what I chose as my features, especially if you have a sweet tooth.

No bake treats are a must have in the heat of the summer. No Bake Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies from Kelly Lynn’s Sweets and Treats are a fabulous take on a classic.

Barbecue sandwiches are fantastic any time of year. Crockpot Boston Butt Pulled Pork from Mel Claire is easy enough for busy days.

You don’t need an extra small appliance taking up space with Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip No-Churn Ice Cream. Cooking With Carlee shows how easy it is to make your own delicious frozen treat.
