Friday Frenzy August 31

Hey y’all!! I am super excited today is the last day of August. September is my absolute favorite month of the year and tomorrow is one of my favorite days of the year. College football starts and I cannot wait to cheer on my team.

I know I’ve been scarce this summer but it’s been busy and truthfully I haven’t been cooking a lot. We’ve done sandwiches a lot and I’ve been cooking basic things like tacos and spaghetti.

I’m hoping that it cools down and calms down soon because I’m itching to get back in the kitchen.

Now on to this week’s party!

I am officially over these 100 degree days, and very much looking forward to the season of Fall. I honestly can’t be more happy to see it coming, after this crazy HOT summer! If you are also busy with on-the-go meals, meal planning, and fall treats like I am, you will love all the links folks are leaving- so many great ideas shared! Here are some great links from last week with all of this in mind!

And I know I can find candy corn already in the stores {groan}, to make this yummy Hillbilly Hash Popcorn {cheering} from Cooking with Carlee. Honestly, this may be the sole reason to buy candy corn this year! My kids would adore this~
