Cooking is a hobby for me as well as a necessity but that doesn’t mean I always like spending time measuring,  slicing, dicing, and mincing a thousand ingredients. Especially if it isn’t the star of the meal.

I figure you dear reader are probably the same way which is why I have curated this list of Five Ingredient Pressure Cooker Side Dishes.

The general guideline is salt, pepper, and water don’t count as “ingredients” because they are found in pretty much every kitchen. Optional ingredients also don’t count toward the five ingredient limit because they are optional.

Corn is a favorite here and I will be trying Instant Pot Garlic Parmesan Corn on the Cob.
