Creamy One Pot Mac and Cheese

Creamy One Pot Mac and Cheese is fast and flavorful.

One Pot Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and cheese is a classic dish loved by many and for good reason. You can make it so many ways but I think Creamy One Pot Mac and Cheese is one of the best.

Creamy, cheesy mac and cheese on the table in 20 minutes while using only one pot? Hello, gorgeous.

No need for any fancy ingredients or tons of pots, pans, and casserole dishes. All you need is milk, water, elbow macaroni, salt, dijon mustard, cheddar cheese, and some optional but recommended Velveeta. Yes, Velveeta. Not a whole lot but I think it adds just a little something to the recipe.

This would also be a great base macaroni and cheese to make one of my all-time favorite comfort foods- macaroni and cheese with ham. Just add cubed pieces of leftover ham or you can buy ham already cubed in a lot of grocery stores near ham steak. Diced ham steak would also be great in it too.
