Cheesy Potato Packets

Cheesy Potato Packets can be made on the grill or in the oven making them a fabulous side dish all year long.
Cheesy Potato Packets

If you asked my oldest nephew what is his favorite other than steak food I cook on the grill, he would say cheesy potato packets.

I can’t say I blame him. They are flavorful, easy, and cheap. What more could you want?

The night I made these I served them alongside grilled hamburgers but they would be fabulous with grilled chicken, pork chops, or even steak. You can also make these in the oven during the cooler months or if you don’t have a grill.

Onions and bell peppers would be delicious in here and feel free to change up the cheese. I used cheddar but Colby Jack or Pepper Jack would be tasty.
