For the most part this series has been all about quick and easy recipes and today’s recipe is no different. Made with things most people keep on hand these Barbecue Biscuit Cups can be made in a jiffy and are great for a casual gathering.

Barbecue Biscuit Cups
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 8 count can of jumbo refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven. Spray eight wells in a muffin tin with no stick spray.

Press the biscuits in to the sprayed wells.

Brown the ground beef, garlic, salt, and pepper for 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is browned and cooked through.

Stir in the barbecue sauce and cook for another five to ten minutes or until bubbly.

Divide the filling among the biscuits and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the biscuits are browned and no longer doughy in the center.
