It’s been quite awhile since I did my last weekly menu plan here on the blog. We actually shop every two weeks and I have a tendency to serve similar meals in a row if I don’t plan what we what we eat each week.
Out of everything we’re eating this week there is only one recipe that is already on the blog and it’s a side dish. That means that there will be new recipes coming over the next few weeks.
Since the weather is warming up I’m going to be using the grill and our new smoker frequently. One night this week I’m making a smoked turkey breast. I had a smoked turkey quesadilla at a restaurant a few weeks ago and it was delicious. I’ll probably have one for lunch the next day with the leftovers. I’m looking forward to that. I’m also looking forward to grilling some tasty burgers.
Weekly Menu Plan for April 14-20
Monday- Jalapeno melts, fries, and salad.
Tuesday- Slow Cooker Goulash, rice, broccoli or green beans
Wednesday-Smoked Turkey Breast, baked potatoes, salad
Thursday- Pasta Primavera, salad
Friday-Chicken Kiev, mashed potatoes, and a veggie.
Saturday-Salmon patties, Yukon Mashed potato cakes
Sunday- Ham, mashed potatoes, broccoli, rolls, slow cooker lemon pudding cake. This is our Easter dinner
