Ranch Seasoned Oyster Crackers

Coated with homemade Ranch dressing mix, Ranch Seasoned Oyster Crackers add bits of herby goodness to soups and salads.

Ranch Seasoned Oyster Crackers

This recipe has been on my to-blog list for two or three years. The problem is crackers never last long around here. Especially during the cool months. I would open the bag to grab a handful for whatever soup we were eating. Next thing I knew the whole bag was gone a couple of days later when I went to make the recipe.

This time, I was smart and seasoned the crackers as soon as I opened them. And I managed to keep enough to get a picture. Total win.

You really need to make the Ranch Seasoned Oyster Crackers the night before you need them. That ensures you will get the best flavor.

There are no heat or knives involved so this would be fabulous to make with kids. I think the next time the auntlings are here I’ll let them make a batch. I will measure the oil because I don’t want to worry about an oil slick on the floor from any accidents.

I enjoyed the crackers with hearty two bean chilli but they would also taste great with slow cooker broccoli soup or easy vegetable beef soup.
