Yesterday was 3/14 or 3.14 which is known as Pi Day. In honor of that day I made one of my family’s favorite pies. This is a very rich pie so a little slice goes a long way. The best part of it is if you have a cookie crumb crust it’s a no bake pie. I didn’t have one so I made Christy’s Mix in the Pan Crust.
