Menu Plan for the week of March 14

My clean out the pantry menu was successful even when the day didn’t go as planned. We did our big shop for the month on Saturday so now I have a full pantry and fridge. Surprisingly we have nowhere to be this week so I’m taking advantage and cooking a few meals that take a bit longer to prepare.

  • Burgers on homemade buns and salad
  • Great northern beans and cornbread
  • Chicken and dressing, mashed potatoes and green beans with Strawberry Cobbler for dessert. I’ll be using left over cornbread for the dressing
  • Tacos and refried beans
  • Mongolian Chicken
  • French Toast and sausage
  • Jambalaya
