With an Asian influenced marinade Ginger Garlic Grilled Pork Chops make a great addition to your summer dinner plate.
When I was younger if you told me that I would like this recipe I would have though you had lost your mind. Until I started grilling I wasn’t a fan of foods cooked on a grill. I guess it was one too many black on the outside and refrigerator cold hot dog or hamburgers that could stand in for hockey pucks. I didn’t care for pork chops either.
These pork chops are marinated in soy sauce laced with ginger, garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sriracha chili sauce for several hours before being grilled to perfection. I served them with corn and salad with creamy buttermilk dressing.
