I had a wonderful holiday season and hope you did too. This is the first year in probably five years that my immediate family was able to be together for Christmas. Even being woken up before the sun was up by the auntlings because Santa visited couldn’t dampen my excitement.
The kiddos and I made Chocolate Minty Melts minus the Hershey’s Kisses for Santa Claus and for our Christmas dinner I cooked a rib roast, twice baked potatoes, and we also had salad with homemade Ranch dressing.
Can you believe that it is almost 2016? I can’t. This year has been crazy and filled with change, the biggest of which was moving back in the fall. I absolutely love the new house especially the kitchen which has a gas stove.
