This is probably my favorite recipe out of the whole twelve days. It’s chocolate and peanut butter and easy. Seriously the longest part of this is the half hour in the fridge. Chocolate chips and peanut butter chips are combined with chopped peanuts for a fabulous blend of sweet and salty.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2-3/4 cup chopped salted dry roasted peanuts.
Combine the chips in a microwave safe bowl. Cook for 30 seconds, stir, and cook at 10 second intervals, stirring in between until the chips are melted. Or combine in a heat proof bowl or top of a double boiler and place over simmering water for 2-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until melted.
Spread 1/4 inch thick on a foil lined sheet pan and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, break into pieces and store in an air tight container.
