Chef’s Salad

Chef’s Salad comes together in almost no time at all making them perfect for busy nights or those nights when it’s too hot to cook.

Chef's Salad

Salads are one of my favorite warm weather foods and the addition of meat, hard cooked eggs and cheese take this from side to the main dish. The bonus of this is if you can get pre-cooked eggs at the deli or refrigerator case at your local grocery it is a no cook meal.

I normally just make the eggs in my pressure cooker which takes about 15 minutes and is just enough time to get everything else ready.

Chef's Salad

I normally use my ranch dressing with this but Thousand Island or my Buttermilk dressing would be delicious. If you’re feeling up to it be sure to make garlic bread croutons to top your salad.

I used deli ham but you could use leftover ham or even leftover turkey or chicken to top this salad.
