Homemade breads and rolls are one of my favorite parts to any meal and they make holiday meals even more special. These fluffy yeast rolls are pretty simple to make and have a delicious flavor. I normally make any yeast dough in my stand mixer so I will include directions for that as well as by hand.
These are fairly easy to make. Not quite as easy as amazingly easy yeast rolls but they aren’t super temperamental.
The shaping technique is a bit different than most dinner rolls. Instead of forming the dough into balls; it’s rolled into a rectangle and cut into strips and rolled up. Kind of like a rectangular crescent rolls.
Serve with slow cooker pot roast and veggies, slow cooker maple glazed beef ribs with fall vegetables, or Slow Cooker Garlic and Herb Pork Chops with Veggies for some delicious comfort food.
